 NEOS offers physical therapy rehabilitation at two locations in the Springfield area. Certified physical therapists evaluate patients, design individual treatment plans, assess patient progress and supervise physical therapy assistants and an athletic trainer. Physical therapy referrals must be obtained from a NEOS provider.
